Antis Triantafyllides & Sons LLC advises Thanos Hotels & Resorts on EUR 107 million financing
Antis Triantafyllides & Sons LLC advised Thanos Hotels & Resorts (“Thanos”) with respect to successfully securing a comprehensive financing package totalling EUR 107 million. Our services included advising on the drafting and negotiation of the facility documents, the security documents and dealing with the registration of the security. As part of this agreement, Thanos is transferring its primary financial activities from Cyprus to Greece, in collaboration with Piraeus Bank.
