Our firm acted for the initial founders/owners of the American Medical Center (“AMC”) – one of the largest private hospitals in Cyprus (the “Client”) – in relation to the sale of a substantial stake of the issued share capital of the AMC to the Hellenic Healthcare Group (HHG), one of the largest private healthcare providers in Greece and in Cyprus.

Our mandate included advice on all aspects of the transaction, including the structure of the deal, corporate, tax and real estate advice and all transactional and legal issues which arose for the completion of the transaction.

In addition, our firm advised on all Cyprus law transactional and legal issues involving the AMC including its bank financing arrangements and third-party approvals.
