Antis Triantafyllides & Sons LLC has been appointed, following a successful tender process, as the external legal advisor of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (the “CySEC”). Our firm will be providing (a) legal support and services on all legal matters arising with respect to the CySEC’s competences and business (including, among others, in relation to the regulatory framework pertaining to investment services and regulated markets, collective investment funds and managers, securities issuers, market abuse, anti-money laundering (AML)), as well as (b) court representation.
