ATS Announcement on national lockdown in Cyprus due to COVID-19
Our firm would like to inform our clients that the Cypriot government has implemented, as of 10 January 2021, a national lockdown in Cyprus aimed at tackling the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, which is currently planned to remain in force until 31 January 2021. As a result of this lockdown, governmental departments, including the Courts (both District and Supreme) and the Ministries (as well as any departments that fall under these Ministries, inter alia, the Registrar of Companies, the Tax Department, the Migration Department and the Department of Labour etc.) have been considerably affected, and therefore, there may be delays and/or temporary halt of services on their part.

As ATS, we would like to reassure our clients that our firm is taking all necessary steps to maintain the continuation of business as smoothly as possible and tackle any emergency issues, while at the same time limiting the possibility of exposure of our staff to the virus. We note that our staff therefore continue to operate remotely from home and can be reached via e-mail, their mobile phone numbers or through our switchboard number at +357 22 360 000. We appreciate your understanding and support.
