Following our update in September 2025, our firm is pleased to announce that the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of AXIA Ventures Group Ltd (“
AXIA”), by Alpha Bank S.A. (the “
Bank”), was successfully completed on 15 December 2025.
AXIA is a leading Cyprus investment firm providing investment services in Greece and Cyprus. Following completion of this transaction, AXIA will be combined with Alpha Finance Investment Services S.M.S.A. (the investment services subsidiary of the Bank), for the establishment of a leading investment banking & capital markets platform in Greece and Cyprus.
