Antis Triantafyllides & Sons LLC advised on a transaction of circa EUR 26.6 million relating to the acquisition of a stake in Demetra Holdings plc (an investment company listed in the Cyprus Stock Exchange) (“Demetra”). Specifically, our firm advised Logicom Serviced Ltd (“Logicom”) (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Logicom Plc, a company listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange) with respect to the purchase by Logicom from the Greek company Eurobank S.A of its shareholding in Demetra Holdings amounting to 8.576% for a sale price of circa EUR 26.6 million.

Our firm acted as lead counsel to Logicom with respect to the transaction, including the negotiation and drafting of all legal documentation (such as share and purchase agreements, framework agreements and escrow agreements) and advised on all relevant regulatory issues.
