Our firm acted as legal advisors to Blackstone and its portfolio company, Hotel Investment Partners (“HIP”), a leading owner of resort hotels across Southern Europe, on the successful acquisition of K.A. OLYMPIC LAGOON RESORT LIMITED, owner of the 5-star Olympic Lagoon Resorts Paphos located in Paphos, Cyprus. This landmark acquisition marks HIP’s debut in the Cypriot market.

As Cyprus legal counsel, our firm acted as general legal advisor to HIP on all Cyprus law matters, providing comprehensive legal and regulatory support throughout the transaction. Our role included conducting legal due diligence on the target entity, advising on the transaction documentation and assisting with obtaining all relevant regulatory approvals in Cyprus.
