Our firm assisted the Cyprus Telecommunication Authority (“CYTA”) to acquire the entire issued share capital of 3 Cypriot companies (the “Target Companies”), which operate a data centre and offer a wide range of services in the areas of information and communication technologies.

Namely, we assisted with the preparation of the conditional offer made to the seller and carried out the customary due diligence reports, reviewing various corporate matters concerning the formation and operation of the Target Companies.

Following the completion of our due diligence review, we offered support and guidance to CYTA in relation to the purchase of the shares of the Target Companies.
