Our firm acted as Cypriot counsel for Ozon Holdings PLC (hereinafter “Ozon”), a leading online retailer in Russia, with respect to its initial public offering (the “IPO”) of 33 million American depositary shares (the “ADSs”) representing 33 million ordinary shares at a price to the public of USD 30 per ADS on NASDAQ for gross proceeds of USD 990 million.
The IPO of USD 990 million is the biggest offering of a Russian company since 2017, the results of which put Ozon’s valuation at about USD 6.2 billion.
