Our firm acted as local legal advisor of Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited (the “Bank”) and advised on the conclusion of an agreement with Allianz Global Investors GmbH (“AGI”) for the offer by the Bank in Cyprus, through a digital platform, of units of UCITS managed by AGI, in order to address the investment needs of the Bank’s clients. Our firm provided legal advice and assistance throughout the negotiation period and drafted and reviewed various agreements entered between the parties, as well as advised the Bank on the required announcements to be made to the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
