Antis Triantafyllides & Sons LLC assisted Dimand S.A., one of Greece’s leading real estate developers with a solid track record of delivered projects in Greece and Romania (“Dimand”), in the context of its public offering amounting to approximately EUR 98,000,000, which resulted in the latter’s shares commencing trading on the Athens Stock Exchange on 6 June 2022. The work specifically undertaken by our firm was the carrying out of extensive due diligence over a number of Dimand’s Cypriot subsidiaries.
Our firm’s team was led by the managing partner of the firm, Stelios Triantafyllides, along with associates Spyros Hadjinicolaou and Olga-Maria Zenon.
