In an announcement made by the Department of the Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver (the “
RoC”) on 1 July 2020, the RoC announced that the annual levy will remain at EUR 350 until the 31 December 2020, without the imposition of additional penalties (reiterating its previous announcement of
March 2020).
Moreover, the RoC further announced that, as of 1 January 2021, the annual levy for 2020 will amount to EUR 490.
