Further Extension for the Submission of BOs to the BO Register
Further to our legal update in June 2021, informing the public that that no penalties would be imposed during the implementation of the interim solution (i.e. between 12 March 2021 and 12 March 2022) for the collection of the beneficial owners data, it was announced by the Cyprus Registrar of Companies on 1 March 2022 that the interim solution period is extended until the 31 July 2022.
