Our firm acted as local legal advisor of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd and Eurobank Cyprus Ltd (the “Banks”) with respect to multimillions facilities provided by the Banks on a bilateral basis to Eurogate Container Terminal Limassol Ltd for the operation of a Container Terminal at Limassol Port of Cyprus.
Our firm drafted and negotiated each of the facility agreements, an intercreditor agreement, the security documents and attended to all Cyprus law banking, corporate and regulatory matters in connection with the financing.
